The following policy applies to all bookings made through our platform.
🟠 Cancellations by OhMyGuide
• OhMyGuide reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time due to reasons such as:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Minimum number of participants not met
- Force majeure or organizational issues
• In such cases, the customer may:
✅ Reschedule their participation within 60 days from the original date, free of charge
📌 Choose another tour of equal or greater value and pay the price difference
🔁 Please note that rescheduling is allowed only once
• If the booking is not used within 60 days, no refund will be issued
🌦️ Weather Conditions
- OhMyGuide is not responsible for adverse weather on the day of the tour.
- Tours will proceed as scheduled in cases of mild weather (e.g. light rain), unless participant safety is at risk.
✅ Cancellations by the Customer
- Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
- In this case:
- A refund will be issued minus a 3–5% processing fee (if payment has already been made)
- Cancellations must be made in writing or by phone by the customer
❌ Last-Minute Cancellations (≤ 24 hours)
- If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour, or the customer fails to show up:
- No refunds will be issued
- Rescheduling is not possible
- Modifications to the number of participants or tour time are not permitted

📌 By completing a booking, the customer automatically accepts the above terms
