The tour takes place rain or shine
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time
The monument requires a separate entrance ticket, which is not available online. Guests are solely responsible for purchasing it in person prior to the tour. Entry and participation are not possible without a valid ticket
Wear comfortable shoes and bring water, sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen — especially in the warmer months
Note: There are no restrooms, cafés, or luggage storage areas inside the monument. Please plan accordingly, especially if you’re visiting with children, pregnant individuals, or older adults
No food or drink is allowed inside the monument
Accessibility: The upper floors of the White Tower are not accessible to visitors with limited mobility due to a narrow, spiral staircase and the absence of an elevator.
However, a specially equipped ground-floor space offers a virtual tour, and the outdoor area surrounding the tower is flat and fully accessible
